Azure Urban Resort Residences Arrival Guide

Azure Urban Resort Residences Arrival Guide

Arriving at Azure Urban Resort Residences for the first time can feel confusing if you don't know the process ahead of time. Between the Gate 2 entry, visitor passes, and two different parking setups, there are a few steps that trip up first-time staycation guests.

This guide walks you through the full arrival process at Santorini Tower, from the gate to your unit, so you know exactly what to expect before you go.

Entering Azure Urban Resort Residences

Azure Urban Resort Residences main entrance and grounds

Every staycation guest enters through Azure's main entrance, Gate 2. Save your QR code to your phone before you leave home, since you'll need to present it at the gate. Don't rely on mobile data or hotel wifi to pull it up later, download it or take a screenshot in advance.

Getting Your Visitor Pass at Santorini Tower

Visitor pass steps at Santorini Tower depend on which day you arrive.

  • Monday to Thursday — get your visitor pass at the lobby, present your QR code and the IDs of all occupants for verification, then leave one Philippine government-issued ID with the concierge
  • Friday to Sunday — go to the verifier booth and present your QR code plus occupant IDs, line up at the waiting area, then once called, go to the lobby, surrender one ID, and receive visitor passes for your whole group
  • Take care of your pass — a lost or damaged visitor pass costs ₱500 to replace, so keep it in the same pocket or bag for the length of your stay

Finding Your Unit in Santorini Tower

Santorini Tower is easy to identify by its green interior walls. Once inside, look for the Santorini signage in the elevator to confirm you're heading to the right floor, then double check your tower and unit number against your QR code before knocking. Azure Urban Resort Residences has multiple towers with similar layouts, so this step matters more than it sounds.

Parking Options at Azure

Azure Staycation by Siaos guests can choose between pre-arranged parking booked ahead through the host, or Azure's own direct walk-in parking.

Pre-Arranged Parking

Pre-arranged parking is booked ahead of time through your host and skips Azure's initial parking line. Rates below are what Azure Staycation by Siaos charges; pre-arranged parking rates can vary by host, so always confirm with whoever you booked through.

  • Motorcycle — ₱250 to ₱280
  • Car — ₱300 to ₱350
  • How it works — proceed to the Santorini parking entrance and show the screenshot of your parking authorization email, you'll be issued a parking pass (not a parking card) tied to a specific slot, and park only in the slot listed in your email
  • Tell security your slot is pre-arranged and already reserved by the host. Don't line up at the parking cashier booth, and don't accept a parking card if one is offered, either can lead to double payment
  • Need directions? Ask lobby security or a guard on duty. Your email authorization is proof enough of your reserved slot

One clear benefit of this option: your pass lets you enter and exit multiple times during your stay, not just once.

Direct Azure Parking

Direct parking is paid straight to Azure's own cashier and priced by the hour.

  • Car — first 3 hours ₱65, then ₱15 per hour
  • Motorcycle — first 3 hours ₱50, then ₱10 per hour
  • Overnight charge — ₱380
  • Lost ticket charge — ₱300
  • How it works — park only in your assigned slot to avoid clamping or fines, go to Azure's cashier parking booth, present your visitor's pass, and leave one ID to receive a parking card
  • Keep your parking card safe. You'll surrender it and pay the fee when you exit
  • Settle parking before checkout, then return to the concierge to trade your visitor's pass back for your ID

Queue times at the parking booth or concierge are outside Azure Staycation by Siaos's control, especially on weekends or holidays, so build in a buffer if you're on a tight schedule.

Arriving Without a Vehicle

No vehicle, no parking steps. Just follow the Gate 2 entry and visitor pass process above, then head straight to your unit.

Settling Your Balance

Once you're in the unit, settle any remaining balance through the available payment channels of your host.

Send a screenshot of your payment once it's done, so your booking is fully confirmed on both ends.
